At Wuxi IoT World Expo 2019, TTS deployed customized Personal Signal Assistant technology to provide SPAT messages via cellular network to Audi demo vehicles, in parallel to select local PC5 broadcasting. Both cloud-based and local broadcasting MAP/SPAT data supported Audi vehicle’s highly automated driving functions such as red-light violation warning and emergency stops among 16 functions in total.
