Production Support Specialist

Job Description
- Provide client support through phone, E-mail, and CRM interactions.
- Monitor all TTS's signals to ensure full quality of service.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Troubleshoot, resolve and record any down product, servers or service.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve internal and external issues.
- Provide feedback to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare timely reports.
- Document knowledge in the form of CRM notes and articles.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- One-year technical support desk or similar experience.
- Intermediate experience working within a Windows PC environment.
- Experience using one of the following relational databases MySQL, SQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Excel reporting and general data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts.
- Ability to quickly navigate directories and folders.
- Excellent time management skills.
